Serves 1
35g rolled oats
1 tsp chia seeds
2 tsp raw cacao powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp peanut butter powder
6 oz unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp vanilla
25g mashed banana
Toppings
5g each; unsweetened coconut flakes and raw cacao nibs
Mix the first 5 ingredients in a small bowl or mason jar. Add the remaining wet ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight. Garnish with toppings and enjoy!
I don’t require any other sweetener due to the banana but if you need it sweeter top it with fresh banana or add in a 1/2 tsp of maple syrup.
