Living Well Means Eating Well – My Story
In January 2017 after five years of lifting heavy and eating low carb I was no longer feeling my best and couldn’t figure out why. A friend of mine posted on social media about a new program and I thought why not just shake up my workout routine. I never could’ve imagined how it would transform not only my body but my life.
After experiencing amazing results in only six weeks I saw a further way for me to help people. As a chef of twelve years it’s truly my passion to help people eat well; however, through becoming a FASTer Way to Fat Loss coach, I found a new purpose in life: to educate women that eating LESS isn’t the answer.
