I was one of the lucky ones, at the tender age of 5 I already knew what I wanted to be when I grew up. Every day I would come home from school and much to my parent’s surprise I would turn on the food network channel vs teletoons.
I was always interested in what was going on in my Mom’s kitchen so as soon as I was old enough I got my first job in a restaurant. When I graduated high school I wasted no time in registering at SAIT to obtain my Diploma in Professional Cooking and Certificate in Nutrition for Healthy Lifestyles.
While working at a golf course for my internship I quickly realized my passion in catering events. It was there that the decision to pursue that avenue vs continuing on at a restaurant was made. I’ve learned lot working for Simply Gourmet and can’t wait to continue evolving as a Chef!
