Since starting a new workout program I have been carb cycling so I have added a bit of white rice into my diet. Once a week this dish has become our Wednesday night meal and we simply can't get enough of it!

I saw this recipe on Facebook last week and new I had to make a Paleo version of it! It was so delicious that I actually looked forward to eating the leftovers the next day and I NEVER eat leftovers!

I made it on the stove in well under an hour but I imagine this would be a perfect slow cooker recipe, ideal for the chilly weather upon us!

This is a side dish packed with flavour that is easy to prepare. I love roasting vegetables, it creates such flavour but adding in this dijon dressing really elevates things! Feel free to adjust the type of vegetables to your desire and the season for availability.

As the weather gets warmer I crave lighter dishes and tend to eat a lot more fish. We have been cooking our fish via Sous Vide, which is to cook sealed in a water bath at a low regulated temperature. This allows for any protein to be cooked to perfection and results in a melt in your mouth tender and moist fish!

Because not everyone has a Sous Vide Machine this recipe is adapted for the oven.

After the holidays and over indulging I thought I would post an easy Paleo Main Course Recipe to get everyone back on track. We make a lot of Pork Tenderloin, it is still reasonably priced and very versatile. Just promise me to not over cook this cut, it needs to be nice and pink inside!

October tends to be my busiest month of the entire year so when it comes to what to make for dinner I need something that is quick and easy. This is a perfect recipe if you have any tomatoes grown that haven't ripened but need to be picked before the frost ruins them. No green tomatoes? Not to worry!

And just when I thought Summer wasn't over it is now beginning to feel a lot like Fall.

With the cooler weather I instantly crave hearty slow cooked dishes. Last month I posted my GF Gnocchi recipe and promised to give you a delicious dish to serve it with. This Beef Ragu is perfect for those lazy days where you just want to throw something in your slow cooker!

I always try and post recipes that are seasonal but this one is anything but! Really more of a fall dish with the use of Sweet Potato and a comfort style meal that would lend well to a cooler day. It was so good though that I simply could not wait to share. And what is better it has only 4 ingredients! So to all my gluten free followers, sit down and dig into a bowl of Gnocchi!

I am here to change your opinon on Brussels Sprouts. When cooked properly these little cabbages are sweet and nutty and quite simply one of my favorite veg. The key is NOT to boil but rather roast or saute and do not leave whole.

This is a unique salad, serving it warm and seperating the leaves into "petals" gives it a fresh twist!

Summer has arrived! I tend to eat a TON of Salads in the hot months and luckily my Boyfriend loves them. His favorite is a traditional Cobb Salad. More often than not when asked what he would like for Dinner that is his answer. Here is a nice twist on the traditional. Especially great this time of year when Spring/Coho Salmon is out!

With Easter this month and the weather still rather cool I wanted to make a dish that was comforting and hearty. Although this recipe looks long it is simple to put together and can be adjusted to a slow cooker for even more ease. You can also make the meatballs appetizer size and serve with toothpicks!

My only regret when creating this recipe was that I didn't double it and freeze half!

March is my Birthday Month. I have one major request every year on my Birthday and that is for Carrot Cake. So I thought what a great time to post a Paleo version! Throw these in the freezer for a quick bit of indulgence.

With February brings Valentines Day. I thought I would post an easy but glamorous appetizer that you can make for your loved one. Crudo is the Italian version of a cross between ceviche (fish/seafood marinated in citrus) and Sushi (raw fish). Get your Scallops fresh from a reputable fish monger and pair this lovely starter with a gorgeous white wine!
