Chocolate Fudge

1/2 Cup Coconut Oil

1/4 Cup Almond Butter

1/2 Cup Cacao Powder

1/4 Cup Pure Maple Syrup

1 TB Pure Vanilla

Pinch of Sea Salt

3/4 Cup Raw Walnuts, roughly chopped (optional)

Beat coconut oil and almond butter until smooth. Sift in cacao power and beat to combine. Pour in maple syrup, vanilla and salt. Beat until smooth. Stir in walnuts if using.

Line a loaf pan with parchment and pour in batter. Freeze for 1 hour. Slice into small squares. (can be kept frozen for up to 3 months)
